Additional Information

- Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to any treatment as it thins the blood and increases the chances of bruising

- Avoid blood thinners for 2 weeks if possible, including anti-inflammatory medications ie. aspirin, advil, motrin, aleve, vitamin E, ginseng, St. John's Wort

- Drink lots of water prior to treatment as it keeps your body structure hydrated and is beneficial when doing PRP treatments, eating a good meal will help with light-headedness

Aftercare Instructions for Fillers and Botox

- Do not lie down for 4 hours after treatment as there is a chance of product migration

- No strenuous exercise for 48 hours after treatments, no sauna, hot tub or tanning for 4 hours afterwards

- There is a small, rare chance you may experience a botox headache, but it is temporary and taking Tylenol will help with the symptom

- Do not massage area that was treated as there is risk of bruising, swelling and migration of products

- No make-up, lotions/creams or washing of the face for 24 hours after PRP treatment  

- do not have chemical peelings or laser treatment done for at least 2 weeks after the treatment

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, allergy to cow's milk, neuromuscular disorder, allergy to Botulinum Toxin, you would not be considered a candidate for Botox.


If you have an autoimmune disease- medical directors discretion, pregnant or breastfeeding, platelet dysfunction disorder, unwilling to sign consent, active cancer treatments (need clearance letter from GP) 6 months cleared of cancer, DVT of any kind, corticosteroid injection at treatment site within 1 month, system use of corticosteroids within 2 weeks


Botox can last 3 to 4 months depending on how your body breaks down the toxin. With regular maintainance of treatments, the duration of the treatment can last longer than 4 months.


Filler can last from 6 to 12 months depending on area being treated and the type of product that is used.


Bruising is expected when fillers are done as well as swelling to the injection sites. It will resolve after 2 weeks, please do not worry. There is a chance bruising can happen with botox injections if a vein gets nicked. 

Using ice packs will help with bruising and swelling.
